but aims to accurately describe the facilities and services that we offer all our guests.
Cottage sleeps two people and has one bedroom on the ground floor.

There is no public transport to or from West End Lane, Marshchapel and it is a mile to the village

There is no public transport to or from West End Lane, Marshchapel and it is a mile to the village
where there is a very infrequent bus service. It is essential that guests have their own transport.
The road running past the cottage is a country lane but off street parking is provided for our guests.

Dove Cottage where a personal welcome awaits you.
The parking area is concrete with a block paved courtyard leading to the cottage.
The area is well lit at night by motion sensor lights.
Entrance to Property
The front door is 750mm/29.5ins wide with a 9" step into the Hallway. There is no ramp.
The floor covering inside the entrance is short pile carpet with door mats.
Hallway
The hallway is well lit with a ceiling light and is 47" wide with all other rooms leading off it.
Sitting Room
The sitting room is situated on the ground floor with level entry from the hallway.
The door opening to the sitting room is 750mm/29.5ins wide.
The room has a sofa and two soft armchairs with non-feather cushions.
The parking area is concrete with a block paved courtyard leading to the cottage.

Lighting is natural daylight and at night an overhead light. There is also a bedside lamp on either side of the bed.
The bedroom offers good colour contrast between the floor, walls and doors, short pile carpet and non-feather bedding.
